Package A Starting at $1,500.00 : 12 months or more notice before
wedding date
- Up to 12 hours of wedding consultation time prior to the wedding day
- Develop entire cost budget based on the client's requests
- Plan and develop a monthly/weekly schedule to follow throughout the pre-
wedding period
- Assist with theme design, if desired
- Recommend site locations and vendors to perform the proper services based
on the clients wishes and budget
- Review of all vendor contracts and ensure contracted services are provided
- Assist with bridal/couple wedding shower and bachelorette party, if desired
- Rehearsal coordination and rehearsal dinner coordination, if desired (up to 2
hours)
- Day of wedding coordination, including ceremony coordination (up to 5 hours)
- Reception coordination and setup supervision (up to 3 hours)
- Honeymoon coordination, if desired (up to 2 hours)
* If additional hours are needed for any particular service, an additional $40.00 is charged
for each hour.
Package B Starting at $2,000.00 : 6-12
months notice before wedding date
- Exact same services are provided as above in
Package A, but with less time to arrange, plans will
be more intricate for a Wedding Coordinator to
assemble.
* If additional hours are needed for any particular service,
an additional $45.00 is charged for each hour.
Package C Starting at $3,500.00 : Less than 6 months
notice before wedding date
- Exact same services are provided as above in Package A & B,
but yet again, with even less time to arrange, plans will be more
intricate for a Wedding Coordinator to assemble.
* If additional hours are needed for any particular service, an additional
$50.00 is charged for each hour.
