This package is just to have a specialized event coordinator onsite all
day during the event to ensure the day runs smoothly.  The Plan My
Party! LLC Event Coordinator will be on location the day of to set up
for the event and ensure your perfect party is put into action.  Please
note, there will be no pre-planning involved by Plan My Party! LLC in
this package.

The Event Coordinator not only manages the actions of the event itself, but
also helps to plan as many of the preparation details as you wish.

        Develop entire cost budget based on clients requests
        Create theme for event based on the clients approval
        Recommend the location best suited for the event, if needed
        Gather table décor and party favors to complete the theme,
including arranging goodie bags, if used
        Review of all vendor contracts to ensure proper service is
provided
        Unlimited consultation hours
Package 1  (Starting at $300.00):  Event with 20 or less guests invited
Package 2  (Starting at $500.00):  Event with 50 or less guests invited
Package 3  (Starting at $1,000.00):  Event with 100 or less guests invited
